BI-Group is changing the way work [and culture] is done in Kazakhstan.
Founded in 1995 in Kazakhstan, BI-Group implements the construction of residential and commercial real estate, and social infrastructure. When they set out to become one of the top 100 construction companies in the world, their first step was a culture transformation. They knew it was important to prioritize their employees since the company was growing faster than ever.

Sallie Mae just had their first All Employee Sessions to bring their new values to life. We designed this 4-hour session and trained internal leaders to facilitate it. The material was very well received. Coach|sultant Lotus Wong was lead facilitator, Shereen Eltobgy gave the structure, and Ron Mandel was our resident values expert.
