When it comes to education, do you think about reading, writing, arithmetic... and happiness? Team Delivering Happiness is working hard with educators and students at every level to integrate the science and philosophy of happiness into curricula.
One of our education champions, Professor David L. Gould from the University of Iowa is helping us plan our inaugural PHD: Pursuit of Happiness Day. PHD is a day where we challenge educators to discuss the study of happiness with students.
Professor Gould says, "A lot of what I teach my students is not only the notion of how to be successful, but the ultimate thing is how to be happy."
