During the Delivering Happiness Inspire and Be Inspired Bus Tour, the team stopped at the Ernst & Young Conference in Palm Spings, Calif. to discuss company culture and why happy employees are vital for success in business. We also somehow managed to turn the conference into a dance party.

"It isn't just a frill to have happiness, it's actually a requirement of how we do business" explains Tim Jenkins, CEO of Point B, Inc.

Tony Hsieh, author of Delivering Happiness and CEO of Zappos, adds that your company's number one goal should not be customer service, but company culture, as happy customers are a byproduct of happy employees.
