During the Delivering Happiness Bus’s scenic trip up the California Coast, the team stopped in Malibu for the Evening of Hope & Happiness event hosted by ONEHOPE Foundation & Athletes4U.
The team had the opportunity to mingle with some amazing organizations and individuals as well as our good friend Ava (the aspiring entrepreneur to whom Delivering Happiness is dedicated,) who helped us accept an award. Former child soldier and Hope North Founder, Okello Kelo Sam, summed up the philosophy of the event and a huge part of the Delivering Happiness movement, stating simply, “It doesn’t really matter much whether you have money. What matters is if you’re content.”
