While the Delivering Happiness Bus stopped in Kentucky, the team took a tour of the 825,000-square-foot Zappos Warehouse. While we were impressed to hear you can fit 18 ½ football fields inside the warehouse and it houses the largest carousel system in the United States, we were most amazed by the BIG culture.
Anthony, the Director of Order Fulfillment explains:
“We try really hard to make sure this is more than just a job so that you really feel like you’re part of the family here … We take care of our customers and we take care of each other at the same time.”
