Celebrating DH Egypt at DMG's Conference

We've got a new partnership coming soon with one of our most successful clients, DMG! Since working together with them on creating a culture of happiness, they've been named a Middle East Top Employer and now want to extend their culture learnings to the rest of Egypt. Together at the conference, DH and DMG announced the upcoming partnership to create DH Egypt! Our CEO Jenn Lim spoke to event attendees and helped to ring in this big, next step of their culture adventure. We cannot wait to see how we can spread more happiness to organizations around the world. 

Hanging Virtually with a Webinar for Flow Aquatics 

During a 2-hour webinar with the team at Flow Aquatics, our coach|sultants Sunny Grosso and Jessica Lozada shared the best practices for hiring a team based on values. When it comes to wanting to grow your business, it's essential to find the 'right' people. Besides fulfilling qualifications, how can you tell who will be right and wrong for your culture? By using values!

A 'PHENOMENAL' Masterclass with Rock Solid Supply

Rock Solid Supply [RSS] wants to be a strong leader in their industry with a company culture that can't be beat. As the company went through leadership transition, they were finding themselves in a position of possible culture transformation. Signed onto a 3-day DH Masterclass, the RSS team had an amazing, memorable, and impactful experience with coach|sultants Kelsey Lotus Wong and Jessica Lozada. Here's what Kelsey had to say about Day 1 of the Masterclass: 

Today went PHENOMENAL. Jess and I worked as a team with our intention to FLOW. The people went from blank stares and "why am I here?" looks to smiles, laughter, and genuine meaningful connection. You know how the DH way works! It was very powerful. At the end of the day the CEO was in tears. Very emotional to see this transformation.

Our co-founder Jenn Lim just delivered a keynote full of culture and happiness wisdom to leadership at  Wyndham Hotel Group. With a goal of delivering WOW experiences to their customers, Jenn was able to connect the impact of the individual employee on the sustainable success of a culture of service. What's coming up next?

Recognizing More Connectedness to TCU

Jenn's upcoming keynote at Texas Christian University is coming up, and she'll be speaking to how to create a culture of connections. As the digital world carries us all in different directions, finding a way to cultivate meaningful moments is how campus life can flourish. Using principles from the Science of Happiness, Jenn will be introducing TCU staff to ways they can continue building a thriving, happier culture. 

Continuing Phase 2 Coach|sulting with Sallie Mae

It's time to launch and live the core values we've been working on with the Sallie Mae team for the last few months. When it comes to values, this team has been able to create ones that align with their unique culture and company mission. We can't wait to see their culture evolve into a living and breathing extension of their people.

Coach|sultant Shereen Eltogby is coming back to the executive team for more executive coaching, which will help C21 Stores develop an integrated plan for the future of their culture.
