GPTW uses a very specific model and methodology to determine Certification and ranking of the Best Workplaces. They gather data using what's called a Trust Index© Survey and a Culture Brief Audit©. The system adds the scores of 6 categories: financial growth, trust within the organization, ability to maximize human potential, leadership effectiveness, innovation by all, and values. From there, it determines a score and ranking.
