Happiness Congress

According to the Gallup World Poll data, Colombia is one of the happiest countries in the world. So it's no surprise that we were asked to speak about our happiness model as part of A La Rueda Rueda's Happiness Congress event! Our Culture Chief Sunny also hosted a breakout session for Contento, one of the largest call center companies in the area. We're so happy to have met an organization that is so focused on employee happiness and customer service!

Evolution 2018

What's next for DH?

Well you'll find Sunny heading into Newark, NJ to deliver speak to attendees from the New Jersey Innovation Institute on happiness, customer service, and employee experience. This is our first of many events with them, so we're super excited to get this ball rolling! Jenn, like always, is all over the place - California and Toronto to be exact. She is speaking at the CalPERS Education Forum and also at the Toronto Agile Community Conference! We can't wait to meet more culture-curious people along the way and give them the tools they need to start their culture journeys.
