Jan 4-5th, 2019
To kick start the new year, the Burner Law Group used their retreat weekend for a 2-day custom DH Masterclass. And really, what a fantastic group of women! Located in New York, this firm specializes in elder law and is dedicated to serving their local senior communities. To reaffirm their organization’s vision and culture, the group embarked on a Masterclass journey with coaches Sunny Grosso and Veronica Fernández Mesias. We cannot wait to see how much their culture roadmap develops and more significant impact they’ll make in their field and community. Keep an eye out for a testimonial from them!

At Allergan’s National Sales Meeting in Nashville, DH co-founder Jenn Lim spoke to the company’s sales teams on how to put purpose into practice for more productive and meaningful results. Jenn’s keynote gave a sense of assurance for their teams to connect their work back to the organization’s purpose. As Allergan continues to develop their culture, we’re excited to see how it makes a difference both on a team and individual level.

Our coaches Sunny Grosso and Jessica Lozada just finished up their Masterclass with Flow Aquatics, and we’ve already heard some amazing results! This swim school is laying the groundwork for a sustainable, values-based company culture. We loved how tightly-knit the team was; there was definitely a family-like love in the air! Seeing them open up to one another was inspiring, and we're looking forward to the unique ways they'll be living their values at work.

Where We’re Headed Next!
Jan 30th - Spring 2019
Jenn and our coachsultant Shereen Eltobgy are headed to NYC to bring Century 21 Department Stores’ leadership through part 1 of their custom DH Masterclass. After defining their organizational higher purpose and core values, Century 21 is ready to integrate more elements of the Science of Happiness into their plan to create an engaging and more meaningful culture. With their purpose, “Delivering Value to Live Better”, the organization is set to bring more value to both their customers and employees. We can’t wait to see how much they create, ideate, and collaborate throughout this Masterclass series.

Our Chief Happiness Officer Jenn Lim is heading to Atlanta to speak at Cox Communications’ Annual Meeting and will be tying her message with their new tagline, “Bringing us closer.” Despite being more integrated as ever through the internet and social media, our society feels less connected to one another. Known for being a major internet and cable provider, Cox is bringing their new brand promise to life and paving the way for more meaningful connections in a world that desires more authentic moments.
