Let's kick off the week with authenticity. This word seems to buzz throughout many workplaces and communities, and for good reason!

Our clients at WISS chose 'Authenticity' as one of their Core Values and have worked with DH Coachsultants to explicitly define the deeper purpose of the word, taking the *buzz* out of it.

Authenticity

• Vulnerability is a strength and empathy is a language.
• The alignment of heart and mind creates integrity.
• Integrity is a wholeness of self.
• We bring our whole selves to the table, every time.

We encourage your team to flush out your Core Values with details that are unique and meaningful to you.
