On the Healthcare Front – Can company culture play a part in creating a better patient experience? We think so. CEO Jenn Lim delivered a keynote at the 2017 IHI National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care to talk about the importance of employee engagement, culture, and patient experience. By relating our previous work with Northwell Health, we can see how imperative it is for medical practices and health systems to examine the quality of their patient experience. We're excited to see more results of how our work in healthcare can positively impact this industry.
