It is no doubt 2020 has brought challenges, changes, and chaos. Many organizations have been forced to adapt workplace environments, exchange office spaces for dining room tables, postpone projects, and adjust goals. And Delivering Happiness is no different.
In the wake of a global pandemic, we had to adapt how we delivered happiness since we could no longer travel and no longer be on-site with our clients. Thanks to modern technology, DH was able to transition many of our services from in-person to virtual offerings. This allowed us to deliver one [of many] virtual keynote.
Marketing Tech Lab is a German-based customer-focused, technology-driven, data-led marketing group. Their challenge was designing, scaling, and sustaining a happy workplace culture.
DH Lead coach|sultant® and Culture Chief Sunny Grosso delivered a virtual keynote speech to the Marketing Tech Lab team on September 25, 2020. Sunny began with the Why. Why do we want the things we want? What motivates us? What drives our goals? The answer: Happiness! Which "maybe the most human motivator of all."
Sunny continued to reveal the science of happiness-it is more than just a feeling. By leveraging the science of happiness, companies can create happier employees, which equals happier customers, which leads to higher profits and more meaningful lives.
The next step for the Marketing Tech Lab to continue their cultural journey is the Adapt & Thrive Series to discover and cultivate their organizational values.
Sunny did an extraordinary job guiding the Marketing Tech Lab on their culture path and ensuring they feel confident in their next steps toward success.
2020 has changed the future of work, and workplace culture is at the forefront of these changes. This year's challenges have taught us to value people, the people in our organizations, the people in our communities, and the people in our lives. When you begin to put valuing people into action, you can create a happier, more meaningful workplace and world.
