Two of our coach|sultants, Veronica Fernández Mesias and Javier Munoz Mendoza, joined us to host this latest webinar on how to create culture change in the workplace. In this webinar, these two gave real-life examples of how our DH Roadmap has created change for our clients and how you can implement successful change in your workplace. This month we visited with Lexis Nexis again to host two workshops on happiness and values alignment - two essential components in creating an engaged and sustainable company culture!
Day 1 brought out the collaborative all-in spirit for happiness across the team and Day 2 spurred on story-telling to create a draft of the team's new core values. It was awesome to work with this team again, and we even ended the workshop series with some dance moves!
Our CEO Jenn Lim was in Moscow to give a keynote and be a part of a panel discussion on happiness and economics! The event was buzzing with people talking about how happiness can play in bigger role in policy and culture. Celebrating social innovations in Russia was a highlight of the week, and our Jenn got to link up with one of our clients - Pioneer!
Right after Moscow, Jenn headed to Las Vegas for the Society for Human Resource Management's [SHRM] annual conference. She spoke as part of the event's newest Change-Makers Series, which highlights thought leaders in innovative workplace strategies. Other SHRM speakers this year include Brené Brown, Martha Stewart, and Blake Mycoskie [founder of our client TOMS]. After her talk, Jenn met with the audience at the Delivering Happiness book signing, participated in SHRM's roundtable interview, and met with global leaders in the HR industry at an exclusive meet and greet event.
The jam-packed day was full of smiling and inspired faces from HR professionals around the country, and we were more than happy to discuss *happiness* at work with all of them!
Speaking from experience with Zappos and the book Delivering Happiness, Tony inspired the audience to think differently about customer experience. Customer experience isn't just a department, it's a part of a more integrated company culture focused on the happiness of both the customer and employee. As a favorite speaker from CCW 2016, the event was excited to bring Tony back to headline their 20th anniversary conference!
