While in Spain - Hewlett-Packard invited our coach Sunny Grosso to deliver a keynote to leaders in their accelerated development program. Speaking on WOW Service through Happiness, Sunny engaged the audience with interactive prompts to get people start thinking how they can reframe their work to provide a higher purpose for their teams and clients. Sunny also teamed up with DH Spain CEO Carlos Piera to generate great feedback from HP’s dynamic audience.
On the Virtual Landscape - We just wrapped up our webcast with Whil, where our CEO Jenn Lim had a great discussion with Whil’s CEO Joe Burton about how happiness, culture, and the workplace can flow in harmony. Down the Aisle - As part of her traveling adventures, Sunny stopped by the Be Sage Conference to deliver a keynote about the impact of customer service and client happiness in the wedding industry. How do you get more referrals? Deliver amazing service and WOW your customers. Entrepreneurs were able to network and listen to innovative ideas on how to grow their businesses for long-term success.

Meet us in Mumbai - DH is partnering with Happiitude to deliver an experiential 3-day workplace culture bootcamp! By the end of this immersive workshop, participants will have set the foundations for their company culture, designed their culture roadmap, and created an action plan for implementation.
