We’ve met with some key leaders in the healthcare industry, appeared as a podcast guest to delve into the Science of Happiness, and our coaches have touched down in Mumbai! On the Healthcare Front – Can company culture play a part in creating a better patient experience? We think so. CEO Jenn Lim delivered a keynote at the 2017 IHI National Forum on Quality Improvement in Health Care to talk about the importance of employee engagement, culture, and patient experience. By relating our previous work with Northwell Health, we can see how imperative it is for medical practices and health systems to examine the quality of their patient experience. We're excited to see more results of how our work in healthcare can positively impact this industry.


Upcoming Adventures!

Heading to Mumbai – Coaches Sunny Grosso and Veronica Fernandez Mesias are delivering an experiential 3-day workplace culture bootcamp with Happiitude this week! This immersive workshop will teach participants how to: 

  • set the foundations of their company culture
  • design their culture roadmap 
  • create an action plan for implementation

Attendees will be able to take their action plans back to their organizations so they can deliver engagement and happiness to both employees and customers. Though the bootcamp is at capacity [join us next time], you can read more details here.
